The honest bits
A licence to occupy, not a tenancy.
Your stay is hotel/aparthotel style: a short-stay licence to occupy one of our rooms, not a tenancy or AST. You agree the house rules, confirm a home address elsewhere (where we would send post or lost property), and pay before you stay.
If a payment misses, we tell you gently and Stripe simply tries again, and we always show you a way to put it right. Staying a little paid ahead means a missed payday never costs you your room. Cancel a plan any time: it just stops holding future dates and you keep what you have paid.
