Is this a tenancy?+−
No. Every stay is a short-stay licence to occupy, hotel/aparthotel style, not a tenancy or AST. You stay, you pay before you stay, and you keep a home address elsewhere for post.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?+−
You pay securely by card when you book, and there is no deposit. Pay by the night for a fixed stay, or settle in on a rolling plan where we bill roughly every half-block so you stay about a week paid ahead.
When do I get my door code?+−
Your code lands in the app at check-in, from 16:00 on your arrival day. The same code opens the building front door and your room or house. It is never shared before check-in.
Can I extend or cancel?+−
Extensions are welcome, subject to availability and paid before they start. On a plan you can cancel any time: it simply stops holding future dates, and you keep what you have already paid, going back to booking by the night.
What is the service and cleaning fee?+−
A one-off fee per stay (typically £30) covering the checkout clean, fresh linen and towels, and the fully furnished, ready-to-live-in room. On a plan it is charged once, not on every top-up.
What address do I give you?+−
A home address elsewhere, where we would send post or lost property. It cannot be a Stay Sleep Rest address. Any other address is fine, for example a family member's place. It is a serious part of how short stays work, so we ask for it properly.
